Juniors, class of 2026, and their family are invited to schedule a 30-minute meeting with Karla beginning the week of April 28, 2025. Click here to schedule a Jr. Family Meeting. Options are in-person or hybrid (student in-person, family virtual). This is an optional junior family meeting for the class of 2026. There will be a mandatory senior meeting in Fall 2025. Topics for this meeting include: Graduation status, senior year planning, post-secondary options (college list, $, majors), and timelines. Who attends? Student (most important!), GECHS School Counselor Karla Aaron, and parent/guardian/caregiver.
We are waiting until after GECHS spring break as the juniors will be ready for this at that time. Karla is spending time in Phoenix 103 this semester working with students on their college lists, timelines, and understanding how to pay for post-secondary education.
